Excellent academical book |
As someone studying for a degree in eCommerce, this book on the management side of the discipline was very useful. Not only would it be useful to eCommerce students, but also to general I.T. and business students as well as non-academical people wanting to gain an understanding of how eCommerce and eBusiness is managed by the companies of today.

An excellent text from a true craftsman |
Whether a practicing professional, an academic or a student, this book provides an excellent overall insight into the world of E-Business. Whilst one or two areas do assume some prior knowledge, none the less, the author has provided a succinct and comprehensive coverage of all the major topics and elements that make up E-Business. There are excellent examples provided to illustrate points made and topics discussed. The B2B case study that runs throughout the text with self assessment exercises in every chapter for the reader to apply the learning from each chapter is a superb idea and provides the reader with the opportunity to synthesize their knowledge as they progress through the book.

Very easy to understand, but very enterprising |
Theres a nice 3 section structure to this and lots of diagrams. Actually I learned quite a lot about marketing in a roundabout way from the sections on communciations newsletters and promotion. The strategy section was superb: really concise and easy to get to grips with.
